This past weekend I treated myself to a screenprinting workshop. Since school ended in May I've been missing learning new things. Screenprinting is a method of printmaking I've never done before since my University never offered it.
The studio had cool vibes and even cooler prints scattered all around.
Above is the class's drying rack where we were storing all the freshly printed pieces.
I happened to make a print from a few sketches I made while camping a few weeks ago.
They are beginner-ish and offset but I love them nevertheless.
Right now I'm in love with trying new mediums and screenprinting was fairly amazing. I'm already scheming up some diy screenprinting methods to try at home.
